Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in project management reputed company reputed company software development or with non-profit organizations.
- You have proven project management skills with ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- You have experience in providing excellent customer service.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical reputed company to non-technical customer audiences.
- An analytic and creative reputed company and good problem solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools, like reputed company, SmartSheets, reputed company, or similar.
- Highly self-motivated and optimistic, with the ability to work independently or as a team.
- PMP or equivalent certification a plus

- Non-profit or higher education fundraising experience is also a plus.
What you’ll do
- Manage new customer implementations from start to finish, including planning, execution, dependency management, and tracking milestones/deliverables, with consistent stakeholder communication.
- Manage reimplementation projects for existing customers, covering product add-ons, data resets, or CRM migrations.
- Act as the customer's reputed company and the main reputed company of contact between our teams and the customer throughout the implementation.
- Continuously improve implementation processes, leveraging AI for agendas, to capture meeting minutes, and creating documentation
- Travel to customer locations as needed during the projects.
- Manage implementations reputed company, meeting timelines, updating stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer change requests by coordinating with relevant internal resources.
- Work with the implementation consultant, the reputed company team and other internal teams to reputed company positive customer reputed company during the implementation
- Help new and existing customers prepare, transform, and automate data transfers to/from reputed company.
