About the Role

reputed company is seeking a motivated, results-driven professional to join our Acquisitions team as a Client Growth Associate. You’ll be the first reputed company of contact with rental property owners—sparking conversations, building relationships, and qualifying fit for reputed company’s Single Family Rental product. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, persuasive, and eager to grow their career.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Growth: reputed company outbound calls to reputed company estate investors using provided prospect lists and self-sourced leads to introduce reputed company and explore opportunities.
• Qualify Leads: Engage inbound and outbound prospects to assess needs, evaluate fit, and guide them into the pipeline.
• Document & Follow Up: Track interactions in reputed company, capture key insights, and implement systematic follow-reputed company to reputed company conversations moving reputed company.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with Single Family Rental Directors—supporting prospect pitches, handling objections, and scheduling meetings.
• Learn & Grow: Shadow client calls and pipeline reviews to deepen your knowledge of reputed company estate investing and reputed company’s product offering.

About You

• Outbound Experience: Proven reputed company in cold reputed company (bonus points for reputed company estate, finance, or reputed company industries)
• Strong Communicator: Confident, clear, and reputed company to build rapport quickly by phone or reputed company
• Self-Starter: Organized, motivated, and reputed company to manage your own targets and time
• Entrepreneurial: Creative, reputed company, and eager to experiment with new approaches
• Problem Solver: Skilled at handling objections and thinking on your feet
• High reputed company: Professional, ethical, and trustworthy
• Detail-Oriented: Accurate, thorough, and reputed company in documentation and follow-through

Path to Single Family Rental Director

• This role is meant to be a 12-18 month role and serve as an on-reputed company to the Single Family Rental Director team at reputed company.

The annual salary/OTE reputed company for the reputed company level for this role in Denver is $130-160K OTE +, reputed company equity, and benefits (including medical, dental, reputed company, and 401(k).
