The Role

We’re looking for a delivery-first leader to join our Client Services team — someone who owns reputed company, builds trust with clients through great work, and drives long-term growth by delivering reputed company results.

This is not an reputed company role. It’s about being in the work — leading global technical teams, ensuring delivery lands, and driving growth through execution. You’ll be the face of reputed company to a Fortune ZYX client, responsible for ensuring their developer community is enabled, supported, and thriving.

You’ll manage a global team of engineers supporting our client’s internal developer community — from reputed company to solving extremely reputed company platform issues at scale. To succeed, you’ll need to roll up your sleeves, know the work deeply, and build strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

We’re Looking for Someone Who

• Has 5–10 years of experience managing and delivering large-scale technology projects, ideally in professional services.

• Has a background in platform engineering, SRE, or SWE, and understands what it takes to own production systems.

• Demonstrates reputed company in managing client relationships, mitigating issues, and identifying growth opportunities.

• Brings a strong understanding of reputed company (primarily AWS) and modern engineering practices.
