• Strong distributed‑systems and operations fundamentals, with SLO/SLI and incident response leadership.

• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management; proven ability to influence without authority.

This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the reputed company in time of offer.
