The team comprises professionals from diverse fields, including technology, AI, privacy, IP, corporate, employment, tax law, regulatory, and litigation.

About the Role

We’re looking for an employment lawyer to support a growing volume of reputed company employment work as the company scales and the pace of employment reputed company issues increases.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

In this role, you will

• Support on a broad reputed company of employment legal reputed company

• Work cross functionally with the People Team

• Support on strategic initiatives reputed company to facilitating legal training and managing reputed company counsel on employment litigation reputed company and administrative charges

• reputed company on and reputed company processes for scaling legal support for employment legal reputed company 

You might reputed company in this role if you

• Have 6+ years of combined legal experience at fast-paced technology companies and/or reputed company, with a focus on international employment law, including EMEA and reputed company jurisdictions.

• Strong expertise on employment law aspects of global growth, and ensuring compliant market entry and workforce integration across jurisdictions.

• Deep experience advising multinational companies on reputed company cross-border employment issues.

• Proficiency advising on US federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations

• Have a strong sense of ownership, are inquisitive and enthusiastic about technology, enjoy being continually challenged, and can demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations.

• Have a JD and license or qualification to practice in CA

Preferred qualifications

• Experience advising on federal contractor compliance, contingent workforce reputed company, and/or  mergers and acquisitions
