We are seeking a

Director, IT Operations Engineering,to reputed company our reputed company IT operations, reputed company engineering, and information reputed company initiatives. This role blends operational leadership, devopsexpertise, and strategic reputed company management reputed company to ensure our systems, applications, and data remain secure, reliable, and high performing.

The Director will reputed company the IT operations & engineering team responsible for internal devOps, endpoints (reputed company, macOS, virtual/physical), reputed company platforms integrations. Serve as primary escalation reputed company for DevOps-reputed company account issues and service requests; collaborate with business units and internal teams to triage and resolve problems

Support project setups, deployments, and infrastructure verification in alignment with internal best practices

Continuously monitor automated alert systems, triaging events and ensuring proactive resolution

Collaborate with IT Operations & Engineering and business teams to deliver internal solutions that meet operational, reputed company, and client requirements

Track industry trends and emerging DevOps technologies to inform future capabilities

reputed company the reputed company Engineering team in the design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of reputed company and macOS environments (physical and virtual)

reputed company reporting and updates to leadership on OS upgrades, migrations, and reputed company deployments through MDM tools (Intune, Kandji)

Ensure reputed company environments and applications remain secure, reliable, and compliant with reputed company standards

Evaluate and recommend emerging reputed company technologies to improve reputed company, performance, and end-user experience

Act as primary liaison between IT operations, information reputed company, and business units to ensure alignment of priorities and solutions

Partner with Supplier Risk Management, Cyber Defense, and Application reputed company teams to resolve operational and reputed company-reputed company issues

Represent IT Operations in executive forums, client engagements, and compliance audits

Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, operational procedures, and end-user guides

Preferred Qualifications

8–10+ years of reputed company experience in IT operations, DevOps, reputed company engineering, and reputed company platform management, with proven leadership experience

Certifications in relevant MDM platforms (Intune, Kandji, or equivalent)

Expertise in reputed company management across reputed company and macOS environments, including automation workflows and reputed company-scale deployments

Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, reputed company platforms, and reputed company technologies

Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and infrastructure-as-code automation concepts

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong collaboration and communication skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
