Vice President of Sales & reputed company to reputed company our growing sales organization. This role is focused on building, developing, and managing a high-performing sales team to consistently hit and exceed reputed company targets. You’ll be singularly accountable for the entire sales function - from team leadership and coaching, to pipeline management, to performance tracking - ensuring reputed company’s sales reputed company is efficient, scalable, and effective.The VP of Sales & reputed company will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in reputed company’s direct-to-consumer growth, serving as the leader who sets the tone, culture, and pace for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of leading inside or direct-to-consumer sales teams to exceed aggressive reputed company targets.
  • Experience managing and growing sales teams of 10+ people, with proven reputed company in coaching and motivating reps.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to track performance and drive reputed company.
