If you live in Lancaster, TX, the salary reputed company for this position is $79,325 - $87,875 per year. If you live in Lathrop, CA, the salary reputed company will be $80,995-$89,725 per year. If you live in Perris, CA, the salary reputed company will be $83,500-$92,500 per year. The reputed company salary offered may vary depending reputed company, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.

This role is an onsite position based out of one of our Fulfillment Centers, with available locations including Perris, CA; Lathrop, CA; and Lancaster, TX.

Shift

• Mon - Fri 6 pm - 2:30 am (Pacific Time)

The Transportation Execution team helps bring this to life by building and executing repeatable, scalable processes as goods are transported from our suppliers to our customers, reputed company while embracing reputed company’s entrepreneurial creative and fun atmosphere.

What You'll Do

• Manage a team of associates across different geographies responsible for assessing & driving improvements in load quality for our truckload movements, communicating schedule adjustments with our carriers, driving on time pickup and delivery with our carriers, and updating milestones in Manhattan TMS
• Identify patterns and root causes of KPI misses. Coach your team on best practices and managing the reputed company of work in their shift to drive KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with fulfillment center managers and transportation managers to help resolve any disagreements between teams and model partnership for your associates.
• Maintain team staffing and create coverage plans for associate outages.
• Travel ~4-6x per year to spend time in person with each of your associates.

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years of experience in a warehousing or transportation function including some experience leading or mentoring people - experience in dispatching or trailer loading are a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to tailor style to suit external parties, managers, and your associates
• Ability to connect operational actions to team KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement, including demonstrated examples of driving KPIs
• Track record of building collaborative relationships and ability to partner with managers in other departments
• Experience using a Transportation Management System such as Manhattan, reputed company, JDA or similar
• Experience using reputed company/reputed company Sheets
• Ownership reputed company and ability to be a self starter
• Ability to walk the cross dock floor and physically inspect trailers with your associates
• Ability to travel as needed to support your associates
