About the Opportunity As a Growth Operations Senior Manager (reputed company), you will own and execute operational strategies reputed company Strategic Markets (CIS region) that drive retail business growth, focusing on regional policies management, day-to-day operations, and product alignment. We are looking for the one with awareness of crypto/financial market trends and competitive landscape, since you will work closely with cross-functional teams—Growth, Merchants, VIP and Partnerships program teams, Trading Product, Customer reputed company, Risk, and Compliance—to establish scalable regional processes, localize user experiences, and strengthen reputed company’s leadership in the global market.

This is a senior leadership role, reporting to General Management, with a strong mandate to build systems, influence strategy, and reputed company with impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience from a FinTech or crypto company.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, business strategy, or sales management reputed company Internet, FinTech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries.

• Demonstrated experience leading teams, mentoring talent, and managing reputed company cross-functional projects.
