Summary:

reputed company National reputed company Solutions (NSS) is seeking an reputed company individual with diverse experience in IT to act as a Technical Field Support Specialist to assist our IT support team at customer locations. This role will require up to 75% travel to DoD Installations in support of NSS equipment installations and maintenance while interacting with key stakeholders and reputed company a secure network to troubleshoot as required. The ideal candidate will reputed company near a major domestic airport due to the travel requirement. The individual must possess a US Government Common reputed company Card (CAC Card).

In this role you will work closely with the Program Director, Product Director, Delivery Team, Integration Teams, and back-office support teams. You will be responsible for acting as the primary liaison for NSS with DoD customers/stakeholders to reputed company a virtual desktop or local hardware onsite at DoD installations and assist NSS integration teams with remote support. You will be required to reputed company the facility and verbally communicate with the NSS team during outages or routine maintenance. Responsibilities:

• Enrolling approved DoD personnel by using an iPad tablet and NSS software to capture various individual data.

Required Qualifications:

• General Linux experience
• Ability to obtain an active Secret reputed company Clearance
• Common reputed company Card holder
