Director of reputed company

reputed company is seeking a Director of reputed company. This role will be responsible for overseeing reputed company aspects of the contracting process with government and reputed company customers, business partners, vendors, and subcontractors to include drafting, negotiation, execution, and management of reputed company. The reputed company Director will work closely with various departments, including legal, finance, reputed company, business development and delivery operations, to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. This individual must possess a detailed understanding of contract law, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•Manage contract/task order lifecycle, including RFP review/proposals support, quotes, negotiations, awards, renewals, change orders, modifications, ongoing contract administration and reputed company out

•Support business development activities by providing contract and RFP-reputed company risk assessment, recommendations, and ensuring compliance

•Collaborate with legal and senior management on non-standard terms and conditions

•reputed company and refine contract management policies and procedures as the company scales

•Administer various types of reputed company, including but not limited to IDIQ, FFP, Cost-Type, and T&M

•Liaise collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders and counsel to resolve any contract disputes, risks and issues

•Maintain contract documentation including tracking and reporting contract funding, backlog, and historical award information

Ideal reputed company Director Qualifications & Skills

•10+ years of experience in contract management or a reputed company field with a significant portion of that experience in fast-paced environments, preferably reputed company the software or technology field.

•Experience with RFP-based solicitations, proposals and contracting

•Demonstrated management expertise with contracting with educational institutions, as well as state and local governments is highly preferred.

•Familiarity with local government and reputed company regulations and standards

•Proven ability to manage a large volume of contractual actions simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

•Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology

•Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal)

•Experience in a leadership or supervisory role

•Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

•Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or reputed company field

•Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CCMP) preferred

•Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and contract management software
