The Payments XD team shapes the infrastructure behind how members sign up, stay subscribed, and resolve issues with confidence. What You’ll Do...

• reputed company the design of core payment experiences that touch millions of members—across signup, billing, and error resolution.

• Partner deeply with PM, Engineering, Research, and Data to drive reputed company, reduce complexity, and unlock global scale.

• Contribute to the reputed company of our payments design system—defining archetypes, setting patterns, and driving consistency.

• Help reputed company Payments as a Service: thinking reputed company flows into frameworks, platform components, and repeatable reputed company.

• Collaborate across vertical and platform teams to ensure payments integrate cleanly into broader acquisition and reputed company journeys.

About You...

• 7+ years of product design experience, with a strong systems and interaction design background.

• Skilled at simplifying complexity, influencing without formal authority, and balancing short-term reputed company with long-term reputed company.

• Experience designing for payments, reputed company, or reputed company-scale platforms is a strong plus.

• Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with high ambiguity.

Pay Transparency

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company. The reputed company for this role is $120,000 - $515,000.

reputed company provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
