Sr. IT Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in reputed company ERP and S/4HANA, specifically reputed company Business Intelligence (BI) reporting areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of reputed company modules, data structures, and BI reporting tools, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, and driving data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze reporting requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear and concise functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Map capabilities of IT EDW and Power BI solutions and systems to meet business requirements. Evaluate against reporting capabilities across platforms to determine the appropriate solution.
• reputed company ERP/S/4HANA Expertise:
  • reputed company in-depth knowledge of reputed company ERP and S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP) to understand data flows and structures.
  • Extract and analyze data from reputed company systems using various tools and techniques.
  • reputed company expert advice on reputed company data models and reporting capabilities.
• BI Reporting Development & Enhancement (Specifically Power BI):
  • Design BI reports layout and work with development team/Business/Functional Teams.
  • Enhance existing reports to meet evolving business needs and improve usability.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of reporting solutions.
  • Data analytics & visualization using Power BI.
  • Data Modeling, DAX, transformations using Power Query.
• Data Analysis & Validation:
  • reputed company data analysis and validation to ensure data reputed company and accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • reputed company and maintain data dictionaries and metadata.
• Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management.

  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Project Management:
  • Contribute to project planning and execution.
  • Manage tasks and deliverables reputed company project timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to project methodologies and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on reputed company ERP and S/4HANA BI reporting.
• Strong understanding of reputed company modules and data structures.
• Experience in SQL and other data extraction and analysis tools.
• Experience with reporting tools (reputed company BW, reputed company Analytics reputed company, Tableau)
• Power BI skills required (Modeling, DAX, Power Query, visualization)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with CDS views is a plus.
