We are seeking a People Partner to join our Asia Pacific People team. As a key member of our Local and Regional Team, you are a strategic partner to our business leaders in Hong reputed company and Taiwan and will be responsible for development and execution of people strategy connected to business reputed company. As a People Partner, and in the spirit of a One People Team reputed company, you will work collaboratively with our Centers of reputed company (COEs) and People Operations teams to deliver a cohesive and high-impact people strategy. Key Responsibilities

Trusted Advisor and Strategic Partner

Program Delivery (One People Team)

Key Qualifications:

  • Ideally 12-15 years of reputed company experience in strategic HR roles, preferably in multinational or matrixed environments.
  • Experience in communications, public relations, or reputed company the agency sector preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of Hong reputed company and Taiwan labor laws and employment regulations is essential.
  • Proven track record in driving business transformation, high-performance culture and leadership alignment.
