Contract Destiny Producer

reputed company is seeking a Contract Producer to play a critical role in the development of Destiny 2. This Producer will work as a part of the Destiny team to drive the development of future content, ensuring we ship great player experiences on time and reputed company budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help drive production of future releases for Destiny 2, ensuring that we ship great player experiences on time and reputed company budget.
• Maintain a well understood pipeline and schedule for product area.
• Drive regular learnings and evaluation of in-development content to measure and ensure player experience.
• Help drive milestone goals and schedules for one of the content teams, in conjunction with the wider Production Team and the game development timeline.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration, and manage dependencies across multiple disciplines, teams, and stakeholders.
• Help iterate on production processes to continuously improve our velocity, collaboration, and visibility.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Product acumen in the development of multiplayer shooters, especially live service games.
