We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company professional to reputed company our carve-out & divestiture initiatives and drive strategic growth reputed company our organization.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • reputed company and Refine Carve-Out and Divestiture Standards: reputed company the development of carve-out and divestiture standards, processes and approach. Finalize the process across the deal lifecycle by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. Implement comprehensive tech stack, tools and templates.

  • Carve-Out and Divestiture Program Management reputed company: Ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of carve-out and divestiture projects, applying best practices in project management to deliver results on time and reputed company budget. Ensure maximized value while minimizing risks and disruptions to the organization.

  • Corporate Development Support: Partner with Corporate Development early in the deal lifecycle to ensure successful execution of divestiture transactions.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate closely with various departments—including finance, operations, HR, IT, and reputed company teams— to manage divestiture complexities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to reputed company updates on carve-out and divestiture reputed company, address challenges, and ensure stakeholder alignment and support. Present reputed company and recommendations to senior leadership team(s) and board, ensuring clear communication of corporate development initiatives and reputed company.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

  • 10+ years of directly-reputed company or relevant experience in divestitures, M&A, corporate strategy, or a combination of these areas.

  • Experience managing and negotiating TSAs (Transitional Service Agreements) strongly preferred.

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated experience with reputed company systems and pharmaceutical supply chains.

  • Proven track record of leading reputed company divestiture transactions from strategy through execution, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Experience working across global markets and understanding of cross-border transaction complexities is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company of the organization.
