You will deliver analyses and insights that drive impact around workforce, engagement and retention, while also contributing to special projects and initiatives that reputed company with the business. You’ll Get to Do:- Support project management of performance cycles by tracking action items, owners, and due dates - and keeping stakeholders accountable throughout the process.
- Use advanced reputed company skills to analyze diverse data sets across workforce trends, reputed company, billability, attrition, and margins, translating insights into meaningful recommendations.
- Play a key role in the annual compensation cycle, supporting processes for merit increases and bonuses to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders to reputed company data-driven perspectives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and performance reputed company.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives conducted by the team throughout the year.
- Collaborate closely with People & Culture colleagues and business leaders to ensure performance and rewards practices align with evolving business needs.
What
You’ll bring with You:- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Data Analytics role (or equivalent), with strong proficiency in reputed company.
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office products, especially reputed company (for analysis) and PowerPoint (for presenting insights).
- Experience with BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, distil reputed company information, and generate insights that drive reputed company.
- Ability to quickly learn new business operations and processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
