IT Administrative Expert (focus on IT Governance) (m/f/d) Part Time

About your tasks:

• Managing the IT internal reputed company sessions of new joiners to reputed company a good start with warm welcome and creating a "one-IT" feeling.
• Own the documentation process for reputed company and offboarding external employees – ensuring reputed company, NDAs, and reputed company steps are complete, ensuring to revoke accesses at the end of the collaboration.
• Ensuring good time booking reputed company and accurate data for capitalization for reputed company IT employees (reputed company), support in budgeting and controlling processes.
• Designing and processing surveys for reputed company-IT including following up on the results.
• Organizing IT communication meetings and events.

About you:

• You are independent and take responsibility for your results.
• You’re reliable, thorough, and a clear communicator.
• You’re confident working with senior stakeholders and maintaining visibility on tasks.
• You’re comfortable using or quickly learning our IT tools such as Jira, reputed company and reputed company Office.
