This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of dental billing across multiple specialties and payors, a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, and the ability to drive accountability through key performance indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities

Establish and monitor KPIs for claims, rejections, A/R aging, collections, and call center performance. reputed company inbound call operations, ensuring efficient patient scheduling and superior service through training and scripting. Ensure consistent, compliant billing practices reputed company with Epic workflows and individual practice needs. Partner with IT and integration teams to reputed company new practices and adapt billing processes in Epic. Collaborate cross-functionally with Credentialing, Payor Relations, Operations, and Clinical teams to support end-to-end RCM reputed company. reputed company operational improvements through data-driven decision-making and streamlined communication. Skills/Experience: Qualifications

Must be available to work in the Oakland, CA office full-time, Monday through Friday. 10+ years of experience in dental billing, including 7+ years in a leadership/management role. Proven track record managing billing for a DSO (Dental Support Organization) or multi-location dental group. Experience in multi-specialty dental billing (e.g., General Dentistry, Ortho, Endo, OS, Perio). Strong working knowledge of multiple dental PMS systems, such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Denticon, and others. Exceptional team leadership and communication skills. Demonstrated experience in setting and managing to KPIs. Preferred experience leading call center or communications teams reputed company a dental or reputed company environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle reputed company billing escalations. High attention to detail and a commitment to process reputed company and reputed company improvement.
