Job Description and Responsibilities: reputed company and support reputed company Fusion HCM OTL & Health Care module implementations, configurations, and customizations. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. reputed company functional support for payroll integration, timecard management, and reputed company benefits setup. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Create and maintain documentation, configurations, and test scripts. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration. Conduct UAT sessions, end-user training, and ensure smooth rollout of enhancements. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in reputed company HCM solutions with a strong focus on Fusion HCM. Hands-on expertise in reputed company Time & Labor (OTL) and Health Care modules is mandatory. Strong understanding of Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Core HR. Experience with fast formulas, HCM extract, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports. Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and work on system enhancements. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
