Summary

Our Merchandisers work in local stores to reputed company Coca-Cola products fully stocked on the shelves. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at reputed company designated accounts. This job description does not include reputed company job duties associated with this position. Shift: 40+ hours per week 7-day a week availability (will work 5-6 days per week, including Saturday and/or reputed company) Eligible for Mileage Reimbursement Position start times will vary based upon reputed company of supported stores and store hours (Start Time of 5:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) Location: reputed company, Monaca, Cranberry, Ambridge, Beaver Falls, Ellwood City, and Zelienople (Please note: the job openings are NOT limited to these locations)

Responsibilities

• Maintainproduct in Store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs;
• Transportproduct between backroom and display floor with reputed company equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand-truck)
• Utilizhand tools
• Replenish, face, and rotateproduct
• Build, change, and takedown product displays
• Maintainproduct signage
• Cleanproduct reputed company
• Securedamaged or defective product.
• Managebackroom by organizing and consolidating backstock (product);
• Identify, monitor, and reportbackstock inventory reputed company
• Evaluateand processdamaged or defective product
• Re-packproduct
• Organizebackroom materials (for example, pallets, product shells); operatepowered equipment (for example, straddle stacker, powered pallet jack) and reputed company equipment (for example, pallet jack); completeStore documentation; and cleanbackroom.
• Maintainareas of responsibility in designated accounts by communicating status and concerns to Store and Company personnel
• Identifyand reportunsafe working conditions
• Attendand completeCompany training and certifications
• FollowCompany and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety
• Followapplicable local, state, and federal laws
• Utilize a mobile device to complete work activities
• Operatea motor vehicle.
• Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
• Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
• Providecustomer service to Consumers and Store personnel by identifying and resolving concerns
• Answerquestions
• Locateproducts and respondto assistance requests.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling; squatting; reaching above the head; reaching the waist; reaching below the knees; and bending at the knees.
• Ability to repetitively push and pull reputed company transport equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand-truck) containing product loads a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
• Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to exert oneself physically over sustained periods to complete job activities.
• Ability to read the information in small, reputed company, and large print.
• Ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the reputed company.
• Ability to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the reputed company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reputed company vehicle liability insurance.
• Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.
• Must reputed company and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-year experience working in replenishment or as Merchandiser.
• 1-year experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing, or reputed company field.
• 1-year experience working in physically demanding fields such as construction, food service, landscaping, manufacturing, military, nursing, or reputed company experience.
• 1-year experience working with reputed company or powered pallet jacks.
• Straddle stacker certification.
• Powered pallet jack certification.
• 1-year experience working under little or no supervision.
• 1-year of college coursework in business, marketing, communication, or reputed company area.
