Key Responsibilities

• Must be reputed company to partner with hiring managers and HR team effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to deeply understand hiring needs.
• Has strong ability to assess talent.
• Collaborating with reputed company to ensure the hiring process is smooth from recruitment to reputed company.
• Work with the team to reputed company full cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria/questions for each role.
• Ability to reputed company reputed company candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates
• Improve relationships with the hiring managers and effectively build a pipeline of talent for the business.
• Build out and update key metrics and present weekly to reputed company.
• Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes.

• Ensure communications of new hires, and request reputed company to ensure they have the tools needed for their day 1.

QUALIFICATIONS Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote (US-Based) Pay: $45,000- 65,000 per year Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
