Job Description

What You Will Be Doing: Under the general direction of the manager,

• Design and recommend technical solutions from business requirements to address business problems.

• Coordinate IT response and resolution to systems failures and reputed company issues including identification and communication of workarounds, root cause analysis, and implementing problem fixes.
• reputed company technical guidance, troubleshooting, and reputed company corrective actions to ensure a high degree of systems availability, reliability, and reputed company.
• Prepare and maintain reputed company systems support documentation in compliance with industry and corporate standards.

Qualifications

Level of Education and Discipline

• A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent education, training or experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company technical field.
• Master's Degree a plus.

Amount of Experience
