Position Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Position Location: Northeast region Position Type: Remote in Northeast (MA, CT, RI, NH, NY) Compensation: $147,750-$163,000 plus 25% bonus (Compensation Depends On Skills, Knowledge, Education, And Experience) Position Snapshot: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) oversees sales performance for assigned reputed company by creating and implementing strategy, managing and supporting their team, and maintaining internal relationships. Requirements

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of high-performance sales experience with products used in manufacturing and/or process industries
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, demonstrating exceptional ability to manage teams and drive results
