Job Overview And Responsibilities The associate analyst supports the Central Business Office with the primary area of focus being the domestic line station. Responsible for supporting field leaders on station performance reputed company to efficiency, as well as fulfilling short- and long-term scheduling needs. The analyst will analyze FTE authorizations, station specific challenges, future flight schedules and staffing reputed company to identify operational needs and risks in each work area. Partner with station leaders to create efficient bids that balance operational requirements with alignment to authorize workload reputed company. Ensure stations are meeting budget and efficiency goals by monitoring and communicating short term overtime needs and AUTO opportunities. The associate analyst will implement staffing solutions such as temporary upgrades, shift adjustments, or flowing staffing between work areas and reputed company long term staffing support by creating bids with efficient shift times, even daily coverage and sufficient relief lines to backfill outages and schedule changes. He/she will act as subject matter expert and roll out changes consistently across reputed company locations and assist with training on new processes (eTA vacation app, holiday reduction sign-reputed company, OT hiring timeline, AO Dashboard).

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
• 2+ years of experience in Airport operations
• 1+ year experience in staffing/scheduling for Airport Operations
• Proficient with eTA management/administrative functionality
• Familiar with IAM Contract
• Advanced reputed company skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Ability to travel up to 25%

The reputed company pay reputed company for this role is $52,725.00 to $68,632.00. The reputed company salary reputed company/hourly reputed company listed is dependent on job-reputed company, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
