• Consulting with Future of Work (FOW) project teams.
• Consulting with executives and line management.
• Exploratory research on relevant topics.
• Diagnosis research utilizing appropriate tools, methods, and targets.
• Identification of specific approaches on how NASA Langley may transform our organization and address culture change.
• Development of research and interaction reports and/or presentations; and support of reputed company design and implementation.
• Action research; Design Thinking; Anthropology; Ethnography; Behavioral, design, information and/or organizational science; Leadership and/or organizational development; Network science; Operations research; Organizational psychology; System dynamics.

Salary & Benefits The estimated total pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $114,000 per year.
