As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless deployments, troubleshooting reputed company issues, and driving the reputed company of customer networks. - Deliver Tier 1 technical support for deployment services projects, ensuring seamless network transformation and modernization for US Federal Government customers.

- Execute advanced network upgrades, including channel additions, node insertions, traffic migrations, and hardware/software updates, without impacting end-user services.
- Draft and implement network test plans and non-intrusive Methods of Procedure (MOPs) to ensure reputed company network operations.

The Must Haves:
- Technical or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8-12 years of experience in telecom installation, provisioning, testing, live network migration, and consulting.
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company products, with essential expertise in reputed company 6500.
- US citizenship and a valid US driver's license.
- Ability to work during off-hours maintenance reputed company and travel domestically (50-75%) and internationally as needed.
