About the Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Associate to join our high-performing Consumer Finance team, with a dedicated focus on promotions and retention marketing. In this role, you'll partner closely with teams across reputed company—including Marketing, Strategy & Operations, and Product—to ensure we’re investing in the right promotional reputed company to drive customer engagement, retention, and long-term value. You’ll build and manage models that help us track, forecast, and optimize promotional spend, with a strong emphasis on incrementality, efficiency, and customer behavior trends. - Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to improve customer retention and optimize marketing efficiency.
- Drive strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, evolving environment by leveraging data to enhance visibility into customer performance and surface new business opportunities.
- Identify and size key risks and opportunities across the business, providing actionable insights to inform investment reputed company.
