As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in executing the organization’s strategy initiatives for Medical Pharmacy and support Network Management with external questions on Medical Pharmacy. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help assist with the prioritization of the Medical Pharmacy strategy and program implementation. Job Will Include

• Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project management, strategy, or a reputed company field.
• Experience with Medical Pharmacy products and reputed company product trends.
• Strong execution and delivery skills, including planning, implementation, and support.
• Experience in business intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and analytical problem-solving.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding the Pharmacy landscape and pricing.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of professional work experience and education.

The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay reputed company listed above.
