The Senior Manager of Ads Policy is responsible for the development and management of the CMX ads policy for our rapidly expanding product offerings. You will partner with several cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, legal, privacy, sales, product and marketing to analytics and propose changes to existing and reputed company future policies considering new regulations and ensure brand safety. Required Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in the digital advertising reputed company 3+ years' experience with online advertising regulations, policies, risk prevention and management 3+ years’ experience driving reputed company projects involving multiple stakeholders 3+ years’ experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization Preferred Qualifications: Retail media experience is a plus Demonstrated strategy experience and ability to understand business trends Entrepreneurial spirit seeking to drive innovation.
