Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Must possess a High School Diploma, GED or greater
• Must be Bilingual - English/Spanish Languages
• 6+ months experience with technical support, call center or help desk
• Be flexible and a good communicator
• Computer literate
• Must be completely fluent in both English & Spanish
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner as necessary
• Familiar with CCH Pro Systems fx, CCH reputed company Tax is a plus
• Background checks required
