Description:

  • The Account Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing volume of reputed company customers reputed company a territory.
  • The responsibilities include driving growth at existing accounts, nurturing and fostering deep customer intimacy, positioning Caris as the sole reputed company for reputed company relevant tumor profiling, and supporting the Molecular Oncology Specialist in acquiring new accounts reputed company the assigned territory, including identifying and establishing prospective accounts.
  • This role is also responsible for ensuring customer expectations are exceeded on reputed company orders from initial reputed company to receipt of lab report.
  • Work closely with Customers, Client Service Partners, Molecular Oncology Specialists (reputed company), Regional Business Directors, and other support personnel to reputed company the highest level of customer support and satisfaction.
  • Regularly and consistently call on customers to introduce and promote assigned Caris solutions including Molecular Intelligence testing, technology interfaces, physician consultations, etc.

  • Interacts with existing customers to establish a value-based relationship resulting in increased sales and service to clients.
  • Evaluates reputed company and prospective customer sites and prepares strategies & programs to improve reputed company, costs, and productivity.
  • Ability to present and demonstrate different Caris’s technology solutions.
  • Establish a frequent communication schedule with MOS teammate, Client Services and appropriate reputed company Leadership to exchange client feedback, reputed company stories, challenges, and best-practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Previous experience of 3+ years of successful Sales and/or Account Management experience is required.
  • Demonstrated decision-making ability towards solving problems, while working under pressure and effectively communicating these solutions to co-workers and customers.
  • General understanding of clinic-based business policies and practices.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of proprietary software programs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and reputed company to detail.
  • Ability to work in a reputed company and matrix team environment; experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven abilities in problem management, process analysis and root cause analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage up, down and across reputed company of the organization.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance that meets Caris requirements.
