Job Description
Our client is seeking male Paraprofessionals/Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our Low Incidence Program, supporting reputed company ages 5–21 with significant disabilities. This role involves providing direct educational, behavioral, and personal care support in a collaborative classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company one-on-one and small group instructional support
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities
- Implement behavior reputed company plans and support emotional regulation
- Help with hygiene, meals, mobility, and toileting
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Document student reputed company and observations
- Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques
- Respect and support reputed company from diverse backgrounds
- Adhere to policies and professional standards
- Complete at least 20 hours of annual training

Qualifications
- Required: Male candidates only
- Minimum 1 year of experience with children or individuals with special needs
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid CPR/First Aid Certification (hands-on component required)
- TB Test (reputed company 3 months)
- Mandated Reporter Training (reputed company 5 years)
- PA Child Abuse Clearance (reputed company 12 months)
- PA Criminal History reputed company (reputed company 12 months)
- FBI reputed company/Background reputed company (reputed company 12 months)
- Act 82 Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification reputed company
- Completed Act 168 reputed company
