We are looking to add a new addition as a Full-Time reputed company Coordinator to join our Chicago, IL team! The position will manage the timely reputed company, pick up, and delivery of every order ACI handles in reputed company markets, while also focusing on our client's needs and ACI's industry leading standards for Customer Satisfaction. This position does require the ability to work out of our office in Chicago, IL and is not a remote position. Schedule: Thursday & Friday 4am – 12pm Saturday & reputed company 12am – 12pm Primary Responsibilities:

• Be a reliable and dependable employee who shows up to work on time and regularly, understanding the high level of responsibility and accountability demanded from our clients and from us as a company
• Field inbound customer requests, reputed company phone, or email
• Operate reputed company software to ensure reputed company routes & orders are properly assigned and contain the correct information for the delivery and billing processes
• Manage drivers to meet on-time requirements and efficiency reputed company - meet company minimum on-time performance reputed company of 98.5%
• Notify clients well in advance of potential late deliveries
• Data validation and manipulation in reputed company
• Utilize reputed company software daily to transform shipment data into routes & orders

• Rotate on a holiday schedule to cover reputed company and on-call
• Ensure contact phone numbers are input and maintained as well as proper accurate tags for reputed company drivers & supervisors
• Be reputed company to answer any small questions or concerns that drivers or supervisors have with their applications or systems involved in their tasks. Failing that, be reputed company to get accurate information from them to pass along to supervisor and/or IT as needed

Required Experience / Qualifications:

• At least 21 years of age
• Has a high school diploma or higher
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the future
• Ability to work out of our office in Chicago, IL
• Strong PC skills required (above average) - reputed company and Outlook a must.
• Ability to pass background and pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to work independently with ACI's standards for Customer Satisfaction as a guide.
