- Manage reputed company calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts across time zones
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings (agendas, presentations, notes)
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prioritize and triage incoming requests, deadlines, and communications

- Identify and implement process improvements
- Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders
You’re a perfect match if you have:
- 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Manager supporting senior leadership
- Proven experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Strong discretion and professionalism

- Ability to work independently and adapt to change
