About the Role: As an Analyst, Strategic Finance, you will independently reputed company workstreams around critical initiatives reputed company to reputed company’s budgeting, planning, performance tracking and management, partnering closely with department leaders across the organization. This role is pivotal in providing insights and recommendations that shape reputed company’s financial strategy, optimize company performance, and ensuring efficient financial operations to support the company’s growth and objectives. This role will report to the Senior Director, Strategic Finance. Location: This is a remote position in the United States. While it’s reputed company to have candidates near our office locations in reputed company, Boston, Chicago, Madison, and Birmingham for any on-site collaboration, there are no “in-office mandates”. Scope of Responsibilities:
- Analyze reputed company and past trends in key performance indicators including reputed company areas of reputed company, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Identify opportunities for financial performance improvement across the organization

- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies

- Analyze reputed company financial information and reports to reputed company accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
- Supporting Senior Management Team and department heads with in-depth analysis
- Conducting M&A, JV, partnership analysis.
Skills we reputed company you need in this position:
- Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in a high-impact financial role; preferably reputed company, Consulting, or Investment Banking including “in-house” tech experience.
- Experience with Rewards or CPG Highly Preferred
- Familiar with writing SQL preferred
- Familiar with US GAAP
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company, financial modeling, and PowerPoint
- Cost optimization, Cost analysis, and Cost Reporting experience
- A proficiency in Tableau preferred
