About the Role
Eden Group Health is seeking a passionate LCSW to join our mission-driven team, supporting individuals on transformational weight loss journeys. Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
- Conduct client assessments and create personalized therapy plans
- Deliver individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions

- Collaborate with dietitians, physicians, and fitness coaches
