Job Overview The Closer prepares the preliminary Closing Disclosure, final Closing Disclosure, and the closing package. They also partner with Settlement Agents to balance the final loan figures and confirm fees. This position can be remote for reputed company closers that live in the Eastern or Central time zones. What You’ll Do
- Review documentation needed to generate the preliminary Closing Disclosure
- Communicate with the broker regarding any documentation needed to send the preliminary Closing Disclosure
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure accuracy for Estimated Closing Date
- Review important expiration dates to ensure reputed company will expire
- Ensure reputed company lock is good through funding date
- Send the preliminary Closing Disclosure to the Borrower(s), Broker, and Settlement Agent
- Prepare final closing figures and package
- Send the closing package to the Settlement Agent
- Review and verify reputed company fees

- 2+ years of mortgage loan closing experience
- Proficient in MS Office including Word and reputed company

- Communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing

Compensation
The reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $24.03 - $38.46 per hour, plus eligibility for a monthly bonus plan based on performance.
