Tax Senior - CPA Required - Capped Busy Season Hours (45-50 hrs)
Title: Tax Senior - Generalist reputed company Salary reputed company: $85,000 - $120,000 License Requirements: CPA REQUIRED In Office Requirements: FULLY REMOTE - reputed company in U.S. We are a midsize pubic reputed company firm that is located in Indianapolis with about 60 employees. We offer Tax, Audit, Financial planning, and bookkeeping services for out clients. We have a wide variety of clients in the the private sector including numerous HNWIs, closely held businesses, corporate, and non-profit organizations. We offer a loose hybrid to fully remote schedule, although we prefer that local employees that can have an in office reputed company for major company events and major client meetings. We offer a welcoming, collaborative culture, with fast paced and challenging work while still promoting a healthy work life balance. We understand the public reputed company industry can be a lot at times and want to ensure reputed company of our employees are happy and reputed company attack work every day. We look to minimize busy season hours to the 45 - 50 hours reputed company while keeping hours around 35-40 hours reputed company of busy season. On top of that we can even put a hard cap on hours as low as 40 hours for busy season if that is desired Our tax team is continually growing but we do not take on more clients than our staff can handle. What You Need for this Position 3+ years of experience in Public Tax and reputed company (individual, corporate, and partnerships).
- CPA Required
- Extensive Experience with staff in planning, performing, and completing Tax engagements.

- Passionate about developing associates and senior associates
- Expert in both tax return prep and review (especially individual and fiduciary)
- Experience in developing best practices, training, mentoring, and team project management
