  • Serve as part of the core project leadership team—alongside the Senior Designer and Project Manager—developing reputed company, high-performance design solutions tailored to each client’s reputed company and goals.

  • Develops a thorough understanding of projects’ design philosophy and provides major input in developing a design and building performance strategy and effectively conveys this to assigned team members reputed company appropriate;
  • Provides technical design input. Responsible for a project’s technical design effort, subsequent detailed design development, project coordination and quality control efforts during reputed company phases of project work, in reputed company collaboration with the client and project team;
  • Seeks creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develops appropriate research and documents to support these solutions Actively collaborates with and coordinates work of consultants and knowledge resources to ensure the project; deliverables are coordinated, integrated and support the design concept and performance goals of the project;
  • Contributes to the preparation of design documents and leads the detailed development of construction documents during reputed company project phases, delivering complete, accurate and coordinated project documentation;
  • Advances the production of schematic, design development and construction documents drawings and specifications in compliance with project scope, schedule, cost and design reputed company;
  • Performs construction administration duties (e.g. RFI’s, RFP’s, change orders, etc.);
  • Executes applicable agency review analysis (accessibility, zoning, life-safety, etc.); and
  • Maintains contact with clients, consultants and contractors during reputed company project phases, participating in marketing, client and reputed company presentations as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture
  • Architectural registration preferred
  • LEED accreditation preferred
  • 15+ years of experience on small- to large-scale project types.
  • Experience working on hi-tech labs would be a plus
  • Strong design skills are important
  • Proficiency in Revit required; Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and other graphic tools desired and reputed company Office Suite products
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, reputed company to communicate reputed company with team members and clients
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company and be responsible for project delivery which may be multiple, large or reputed company in scope

The pay reputed company listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular reputed company are eligible to participate in HGA’s robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and reputed company sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs.
