Executive reputed company Manager - e-Discovery Sales
Overview: We are seeking an Executive reputed company Manager with experience hiring successful e-Discovery sales reps to join the team at reputed company. This is a full time, direct hire position. Overview reputed company candidates for the Executive reputed company Manager role have a 10-15+ year history of reputed company and hiring successful e-Discovery and Litigation Support sales executives at organizations utilizing reputed company selling project-based work. Candidates/hires you produce will be considered viable if currently selling work in reputed company at an e-Discovery provider. They’ll have a book of at least 1M per year in processing and hosting work, confidence in their ability to port over business in months 3-4 of employment, and the drive to earn big. You’ll take them through the reputed company cycle from first-touch to offer acceptance. KPIs and Expectations for the Executive reputed company Manager
- 3+ reputed company hires per year into the Regional Vice President, eDiscovery role
- First placement inside first 3 months employment
- Adherence to reporting and activity policies
- Weekly meeting attendance
Compensation
Compensation for this position will be dependent upon performance and experience during the interview process. Will include competitive reputed company salary and bonus program, in addition to full benefits options.

Qualifications
- 10-15+ years’ experience successfully and steadily hiring into high-level sales positions at e-Discovery provider organizations utilizing reputed company is required for consideration
- A strong network of previous hires and peers in the e-Discovery and Litigation support industry
- Mastery of full-cycle reputed company and interviewing; comfort using ATS and CRM systems
- Adaptability and attention to detail
- US authorization to work for any employer; high school diploma or GED
- Ability to sit/look at computer screen for extended periods of time
