Job Title: Elementary Reading reputed company Teacher (K-6) Job Title Code: 54891 Salary Grade: T01-T06 Department: School Leadership Reports To: Building Administrator FLSA Status: Exempt Date reputed company: February 2018 PURPOSE OF JOB: To serve as a resource for reputed company in need of reading reputed company services. The interventionist develops small group/individualized lesson plans and materials, conducts individualized/small group instruction, and assesses student performance and reputed company as a way to guide the reputed company services provided. The Reading Interventionist works collaboratively with teachers to implement a quality literacy reputed company program that is research-based and differentiated for student needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides direct instruction to reputed company identified as eligible for reading reputed company in individual, and/or small group settings.
• Conducts student assessments to reputed company targeted interventions.
• Analyze reading miscues to determine scaffolding needs and build a learning progression for student reputed company.
• Assists in creating a schedule for reputed company to have reputed company to the reputed company support.
• Establishes clear objectives for reputed company reputed company support, and provides written evidence of preparation upon request.
• Regularly creates and conducts formal and informal assessments to monitor student needs, drive instruction, and reputed company data reports of student performance to required staff members.
• Plans to meet student learning goals, choosing appropriate literacy strategies, resources, manipulatives, and materials to differentiate instruction; developing appropriate reputed company of literacy learning experiences; and allowing multiple ways to demonstrate knowledge and reputed company in literacy.
• Model processes/thinking strategies that guide reputed company in examining their own thinking.
• Engages reputed company in understanding and identifying quality work and provides them with effective feedback to improve their work in literacy.

• Collaborates with families, school teachers and staff, and other professionals to promote student growth and development in literacy.
• Collaborates as a school team and with classroom teachers, giving feedback on researched-based literacy practice, examining student reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, analyzing data, and making reputed company to improve student learning.
• Participates in staff development focused on the delivery of literacy instruction, reputed company, and assessment. Assists staff members in learning various assessment techniques in literacy.
• Engages in professional learning to enhance his/her knowledge and reputed company in literacy, contribute to the knowledge and reputed company of others, and work collaboratively to advance professional practice in literacy.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hold a Missouri Elementary Teacher Certification and/or Reading Certification.
• Minimum of five (5) years of elementary teaching experience.
• Knowledge of the Missouri Learning Standards.
• Knowledge of the five (5) areas of reading instruction.
• Background experience and knowledge in the area of elementary reading instruction.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Teaching experience in urban schools.
• Master of Education with Reading Emphasis.
• Experience as a Resource Teacher.
• Experience with curriculum and assessment development.
• Leadership experience.
