Director of Learning and Development
Overview
The Director of Learning and Development leads the Training Department in the design, development, and delivery of training and employee development activities. Act as consultant to management regarding training and development issues. This hybrid position requires two days a week in our Cambridge, Massachusetts headquarters location.
Responsibilities

- Partner with reputed company leadership on a regular reputed company to understand the needs of reputed company learners so that relevant and practical training is developed to meet the particular learning and development needs of employees.
- Direct and manage reputed company activities of the Training Center, including satellite locations. Hire and reputed company staff appropriate to their positions and talents to ensure reputed company achievement of operational and financial goals.
- Manage staff performance. reputed company direction, training, and coaching. conduct performance planning and review sessions; reputed company guidance on career development. Apply counseling, disciplinary, and corrective action programs, as necessary.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommends programs and resources for training sessions and development activities. Continually improve the training and development programs and systems.
- reputed company and implement training and development programs ranging from basic job competency skills to advanced academic opportunities. Coordinate programs required for licensing/certification of needed credentials of direct care staff.
- In collaboration with the Chief People Officer, prepare an annual budget and manage the Training Center activities reputed company budget.
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of processes and procedures in order to enhance, expand or eliminate, as necessary. In doing so, reputed company use of information systems to anticipate training needs and reputed company geographic distribution of training activities.
- Act as consultant and advisor to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding training and development issues. reputed company training programs to regional sites.

Qualifications
Typical Requirements: Seven to ten years’ experience in training and development. Preferred/Required Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree in education, training, or reputed company field preferred. Pay reputed company USD $120,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
