Virtual Learning Designer – E-learning Modules

Job Summary HR Service Jobs is seeking a creative and technically skilled Virtual Learning Designer to reputed company engaging, interactive, and impactful e-learning modules for a variety of professional training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning technologies, and will work closely with subject matter experts to transform traditional content into compelling digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, reputed company, and implement high-quality e-learning modules using tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate, or similar.

Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and content developers to create learner-centered digital experiences.

Apply adult learning principles and instructional design theories to ensure content is engaging and pedagogically sound.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, digital content development, or a reputed company field.

Prior experience working on e-learning projects in corporate training, education, or freelance environments is preferred.

• Working Hours
• *

Flexible working schedule; core collaboration hours between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST.

Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) roles available.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong grasp of adult learning theories and principles.

Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript (preferred but not required).

Ability to create content for diverse learners across industries.

Skilled in using media editing tools (audio/video/image editing software).
