Hybrid IOP Phlebotomist

We are currently seeking a phlebotomist to work in a client’s office. - PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities:
- reputed company blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for reputed company age groups.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
- reputed company data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
- Process billing information and collect payments reputed company required.
- Prepare reputed company collected specimens for testing and analysis.
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs.

- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation required
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
