Job Title: Middle School Adjunct Educator - Launch Department: Launch Virtual Learning FLSA Status: Exempt Reports to: Launch Administration Pay: $826 - $2,715 based on student enrollment per course (see Learning Academies) GENERAL PURPOSE The Springfield, Missouri Public School District is currently seeking reputed company applicants for Launch is a purpose-driven virtual course reputed company program designed to serve Missouri reputed company. Launch is based in Springfield Public Schools and partners with school districts statewide to offer reputed company reputed company to Launch virtual courses. Launch teachers are expected to be positive promoters of online learning opportunities to internal and external stakeholders. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Administers subject specific assignments for the purpose of assessing student competency reputed company.
• Advises parents and/or legal guardians of student reputed company for the purpose of communicating expectations and reputed company' achievements and developing methods for improvement.
• Analyzes performance data for the purpose of enhancing student achievement.
• Assesses student reputed company towards objectives, expectations and/or goals for the purpose of providing regular, high-quality feedback to reputed company, parents and administration.
• Collaborates with Launch Online Staff, curriculum facilitators, other school personnel, and parents for the purpose of improving the overall quality of student reputed company and achieving established major instructional goals.
• Demonstrates methods required to reputed company classroom and/or subject specific assignments for the purpose of providing an effective education that addresses individual student learning.
• Facilitates student learning (e.g. creating a learning environment, integrating technology, encouraging learning environment, facilitates collaboration) in pre-designed course for the purpose of achieving reputed company in academic, interpersonal and daily living skills through pre-determined learning reputed company.
• Maintains a variety of confidential and non-confidential files and records (e.g. grades, test scores, attendance, anecdotal records, lesson plans) for the purposes of providing up-to-date information, historical reference and documenting student reputed company in accordance with established guidelines and legal requirements.
• Monitors reputed company and manages student behavior in an online environment for the purpose of providing a safe and positive learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in job-reputed company area, required.

Certificates, Licenses and Other Special Requirements

• Missouri 5-9 Teaching Certificate, required
