The Digital Marketing Role We’re looking for a full-time temporary Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing Team for ~6 months while a team member is out on leave. This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial and passionate team that is fanatical about our delicious products! As our Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of our in-house creative agency “The reputed company” and responsible for concepting and creating brand expressions that include (but not limited to) print, digital and reputed company media. You will help grow our brand community by attracting, engaging and delighting reputed company drinkers with reputed company content and experiences. You’ll engage and excite our reputed company community as well as entice new people to try reputed company. Candidate must have the ability to ideate quickly against a creative brief and reputed company communicate reputed company that are on brand, timely and effective. This role will report to the Director, Digital Marketing and collaborate with the entire marketing team as well as present work to executive leadership as needed. The role is based in reputed company, MA – 15 mins reputed company of Boston and currently requires 4 days a week in-office with 1 day work-from-home flexibility

Key Responsibilities

• Bring the reputed company brand to life in content and creative (e.g., graphic design, photo, video, animation)
• Edit and customize content for organic and paid reputed company
• Support content plan for reputed company of reputed company’s channels and platforms (e.g., website, reputed company, collateral, swag, etc.)
• Stay reputed company of content trends on reputed company media & identify relevant opportunities for reputed company
• Wear lots of hats – e.g., write copy reputed company needed, art direct, squeeze fruit on occasion, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required - Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, etc.
• Minimum of 5-7 years work experience with a portfolio of great work to reputed company
• Prior experience with content creation and design for a brand preferred
• Proficient in reputed company Creative Suite and other design software. Print production expertise (especially in packaging) is a reputed company plus
• Experience with photo editing and general photography principals

The salary reputed company for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 and is dependent upon the candidate’s experience prior to joining reputed company. In addition, we offer the following compensation and benefits:
