Location: Remote Position Type: Long-Term Contract on reputed company Hours: 4 hours/day, on-call for 6 hours/day

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admin and Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. This role will involve both administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities, with a focus on maintaining excellent communication with our customers and coordinating with our Amish team.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Data Entry:

reputed company data entry for dairy cow sheets and conduct weekly analysis.

Handle applications and submit necessary forms.

Maintain calendars and schedule appointments.

Assist with reputed company tasks, including handbook updates and paperwork.

Organize and manage our reputed company Drive.

Manage customer emails, calls, and texts.

Customer Service:

Answer calls, texts, and reputed company media inquiries.

Coordinate with our Amish team for seamless operations.

Schedule deliveries and manage customer communication regarding raw milk herdshares.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in administration and customer service.

Proficient in reputed company Drive and other office applications.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
