In-Home Health - Physician (Full Time) - Virtual

Job description Description: • Conduct online “Video Visits” with health plan members, working in a private reputed company with adequate internet reputed company • reputed company 40 hours of availability weekly, consistently providing 320+ reputed company units per month • Execute a strong visit completion reputed company, consistently pacing 220+ completed visits per month • Execute a collaborating physician agreement, partnering with and overseeing reputed company-contracted nurse practitioners or physician assistants (and fulfilling reputed company state-by-state requirements) • Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements (regular training required) • Be trained and credentialed for reputed company health plan clients and lines of business in primary coverage state(s) • Consistently engage with regular manager, team and clinical meetings • Be accountable to reputed company operational, clinical, and member experience key performance indicators and metrics • Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas • Maintain board certification • Must meet minimum requirements for remote visit delivery, including broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled, a quiet setting with a neutral background from which to conduct visits, and the ability to uphold health plan member privacy per reputed company guidelines.

Requirements: • Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s) • Multi-state licenses (preferred) • Experience with reputed company In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or a similar format (preferred)
