Accountabilities As an International Tax Senior, you will play a central role in client service, technical analysis, and tax preparation: · Prepare and review federal and multi-state tax returns for corporations (C & S), partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, bankruptcies, and trusts/estates. · Conduct research and resolve reputed company tax and reputed company issues across multiple jurisdictions. · Identify tax planning and consulting opportunities tailored to client needs. · Build and maintain strong relationships, particularly with Japanese-speaking clients. · Partner with firm leadership to deliver high-quality, timely, and strategic tax services.
